Part-time Printmaking Internships    

Application Deadlines:
Spring Semester (January - May): November 15
Summer Semester (June - August): March 1
Fall Semester (September - December): April 15

Duties include:
• Assisting Master Printer in editioning new print projects made with artists in residence
• Organizing materials for classes and special workshops
• Assisting staff with presenting public exhibitions, lectures and other special events
•General maintenance of the studios and facilities
• Light administrative tasks and data entry

Requirements:
• Basic skills or a demonstrable interest in printmaking and contemporary art.
• Regular attendance and commitment to the program for a minimum of three months (two for the summer session).

Hours: One to three days per week (two is preferred), Monday – Friday, from 10am-6pm. Occasional late or weekend hours of work may be required.

Interns can receive credit or free studio time in exchange for volunteering. Free studio time is equivalent to the amount of volunteering time, and is available Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm, Saturday and Sunday 12pm - 6pm.

• Letter of intent highlighting why internship at LESP is important to you and what skills and experience you would bring to the job. Also state which weekdays you are available to work (10am-6pm)
•One letter of reference.
